A credit card number is required to secure all appointments booked. Cancellations: Cancellations for parties are required 2 weeks prior to the date of services being received. Any services not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time and any no-shows will be charged half price to the credit card used to secure booked appointments. No Shows/ Lateness: In order to effectively accommodate your group your promptness is required and appreciated. We cannot guarantee appointments for party members arriving more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. This is considered a no show/ late cancellation. Food and Drinks: Groups are welcomed and encouraged to bring in food and beverages for their party or event. Alcohol: Greentoes wants all guests enjoy themselves in a safe and responsible manner. Party and event guests of Greentoes are more than welcome to bring in alcoholic beverages as long as a designated driver is chosen and the Front desk staff is made aware. Special Event guest list and service selections must be confirmed 1 week prior to the event.

Q: How many people can join?

We comfortably host 4-8, and with planning up to 12.

Q: How far ahead should we book?

At least 4-6 weeks. For weekends or peak times, 2-3 months ahead is best.

Q: Can everyone pick different services?

Yes. Each guest selects from the menu. We coordinate the schedule so the flow works well.

Q: Can we bring food, drinks or cake?

Yes. Light snacks, cake, and drinks are welcome. We can also suggest local bakeries and vendors.

Q: What do guests need to bring?

Wear loose, comfortable clothes. We supply robes, spa slides, and towels when you choose the Contrast Therapy Suite. You may bring your own open toed shoes when receiving a pedicure or you may purchase our eco-friendly flip flops.

Q: What’s the cancellation policy?

A deposit holds your booking. Cancel more than 14 days ahead for a full refund. Cancel within 7–14 days for a partial refund. Less than 7 days, the deposit is nonrefundable.
